| 4 TBSP Pesto |
| 2 TBSP Mayonnaise |

Caprese Sandwiches with Prosciutto Directions
- Wash and dry produce
- Slice tomato
- Slice mozzarella into 1/4 inch thick rounds
- Season tomato with salt and pepper
- Halve ciabatta buns
- Top cut sides of ciabatta with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper, toast until golden
- In a small bowl, combine pesto and mayonnaise, spread onto cut sides of ciabattas
- Lay tomato, prosciutto, and mozzarella on sandwiches
- Halve sandwiches on a diagonal
