9 oz Fully Cooked Chicken Breasts |
1 oz Golden Raisins |
1 1/2 TBSP Sour Cream |
2 TBSP Mayonnaise |
1 TBSP Curry Powder |
Curry Chicken Salad Directions
- Wash and dry produce
- Trim and thinly slice scallions
- Half the lemon
- Finley dice chicken
- In a medium bowl combine raisins, scallions, and juice from half the lemon.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tsp curry powder (add more to taste), and 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Stir to combine.
- Stir in chicken.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
