Angel Food Cake

12 Egg Whites at Room Temperature
1 cup Cake Flour
1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Pure Almond Extract
1/4 tsp Salt

Angel Food Cake Directions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
    2. Add egg whites, salt, cream of tartar, vanilla extract, almond extract to mixer
    3. Mix on medium speed until frothy
    4. Turn speed to medium high, start adding sugar slowly, 1 tablespoon at a time
    5. Which until egg whites have reached semi-stiff peaks
    6. Use a spatula, fold in cake flour gently 1/3 at a time
    7. Pour batter into tube pan, run knife or skewer through batter to remove air bubbles
    8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the cakes springs back and a toothpick comes out clean
    9. Remove from oven, immediate invert and let cool for 2 hours or until completely cool
    10. Remove from pan, slice, serve, enjoy
