1 1/2 stick Butter
1 1/2 cups Diced onion
1/2 cup Flour
2 cups Milk
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Chicken stock
1 1/2 tbsp Diced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 cup Parmesan Reggiano
2 pkg Frozen chopped spinach (10 oz)
1 can Artichoke hearts (8 oz)
3/4 cup sour cream

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Directions

    1. Thaw and squeeze excess moisture from spinach
    2. In a saucepan melt better, add onion and cook until translucent
    3. Add flour, stir to combine
    4. Add milk and heavy cream, stir to combine
    5. Add chicken stock and lemon juice, stir to combine
    6. Add cheeses, stir to combine
    7. Add spinach and artichoke hearts, stir well until spinach and artichokes are distributed throughout
    8. Add sour cream, stir to combine and remove from heat
    9. Serve with tortilla chips
